Our standard pool service is designed to keep your pool clean, balanced, and swim-ready year-round. This price includes routine maintenance and the base chemicals required to maintain proper water chemistry under normal conditions.

What's Included With Every Service Visit

Every scheduled visit includes:

Brushing pool walls, steps, benches, and tile line
Skimming the water surface
Vacuuming the pool as needed
Emptying skimmer, pump, and cleaner baskets
Inspecting pool equipment for proper operation
Testing and balancing all water chemistry
Adding necessary base chemicals
Checking sanitizer and chlorine levels
Backwashing the filter when needed
Blowing off the pool deck and surrounding area

Base Chemicals Included

Our standard service includes the following chemicals as needed:

Liquid Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite) – Primary sanitizer used to eliminate bacteria, algae, and contaminants.
Trichlor Tablets (Tri-Chlor) – Slow-dissolving chlorine tablets that provide continuous sanitation between visits.
Muriatic Acid – Used to lower pH and total alkalinity when necessary.
Soda Ash (Sodium Carbonate) – Raises pH when it becomes too low.
Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda) – Increases total alkalinity to help stabilize pH.
Calcium Hardness Increaser – Maintains proper calcium hardness to protect pool surfaces and equipment.
Cyanuric Acid (Pool Stabilizer/Conditioner) – Protects chlorine from being rapidly broken down by sunlight.

Saltwater Pools Note: Salt is not included in the standard service price and will be billed separately when required at $16 per bag.

We exclusively use premium, food-grade, metal-free salt for all saltwater systems. Unlike cheaper, lower-quality industrial salt that often contains heavy impurities like copper, iron, or manganese, our food-grade salt is 99.9% pure. This pristine quality guarantees a rapid dissolve rate and completely prevents the risk of ugly metal staining on your pool's finish. Additionally, it maximizes the lifespan and efficiency of your expensive salt water chlorine generator cell by preventing scale buildup and internal fouling. Using the highest quality salt protects your investment and ensures your water feels luxuriously soft and stays crystal clear.

Digital Service Reports & Simple Billing

After every service visit, you’ll receive a detailed digital service report for your records. Each report includes:

Photos of your pool after service
The date and exact time your pool was serviced
Complete water test results
A list of all chemicals added during the visit
Notes regarding your pool’s condition and equipment

For your convenience, all billing is handled online:

Electronic invoices are sent directly to you.
Payments are made securely online.
No cash or checks are required during routine service.

Important Service Information

The standard $95 service rate applies only to pools that are already clean, clear, and blue.

Pools requiring additional labor or treatment—including green/cloudy water, algae removal, heavy leaf/debris cleanup, excessive vacuuming, major chemical corrections, neglected pools, or initial cleanups—will be inspected and quoted separately based on the amount of labor, chemicals, and time required to restore the pool.

Pools with active leaks will also incur additional chemical charges, as leaking water results in continuous chemical loss that falls outside normal weekly maintenance.
